One Third down or $100.00 (whatever is larger) and remaining balance to be paid 3 weeks before arrival. Method of payment: MasterCard, Visa, personal check or money order.
Cancellation policy, $100.00 fee for all cancellations, this fee is waived for rescheduled stay.
Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to stay to receive full refund of deposit. Cancellations received 15 days or less prior to stay do not receive a refund.

Sorry, No Smoking and No loud drinking parties allowed in the cabins.
