 One third or one Hundred Dollars which ever is greater deposit required to secure reservation and remaining balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. Method of payment: MasterCard, Visa, personal check (if paying 14 days prior to arrival), money order.

Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to stay to receive any refund. There will still be a $100. holding fee.
